I really like that first one! I also loved the Popsicle design, but I think you're right that it could pigeonhole you into food illustration... the first design is a very good compromise. <3
I like the first one. It looks good and has character. I think you should make the image and text a tiny bit bigger.
Good point, Shawn. It looked fine when I printed it out, but I'm used to staring at it.
